A Vinci Hair Clinic eyebrow transplant procedure would typically last around 3 – 4 hours.
The first new growth will typically come through from 3 months after the procedure, however, the total time frame for eyebrow transplant results to fully mature is from between 12 and 18 months. Once the hairs start to grow, they can be cut, plucked and or tinted as required.
The hair growth cycle for eyebrow hairs is 2 to 3 months, while the hair growth cycle for scalp hairs that are used for the procedure is 3 to 5 years. This means that eyebrow hairs fall out after they reach a certain length, while scalp hairs will continue to grow longer. The implanted hairs that go to make up the eyebrows will adjust themselves to grow more slowly with time, but at first, regular grooming will be necessary
A Vinci Hair Clinic eyebrow transplant is a permanent solution which will last a lifetime.
Directional growth angles are respected and scalp hair is carefully selected from a specific zone that gives the closest match to your eyebrow hair.
An eyebrow transplant involves harvesting healthy hair follicles from a donor area, typically the back of the scalp, and transplanting them into the eyebrow region. Each follicle is carefully placed to achieve a natural shape, density, and direction of growth.
Yes, once the transplanted follicles establish themselves, they should continue to grow for life. Like scalp hair, they can be trimmed, shaped, and maintained to suit your preferences.
When performed by a skilled surgeon, eyebrow transplants can effectively restore or enhance eyebrow thickness, whether due to overplucking, injury, or naturally sparse growth.
Yes, transplanted hair retains the growth characteristics of its donor site, meaning it may grow longer than natural eyebrow hair. Regular trimming is usually required to maintain your desired length.
Initial healing generally takes one to two weeks, during which some redness or small scabs may appear. The transplanted hairs will shed before new growth begins, with full results typically visible within six to twelve months.
The cost depends on the number of grafts required and the complexity of the procedure. A consultation will provide a personalised quote tailored to your needs.
The number of grafts varies based on your current eyebrow density and the look you wish to achieve, but it typically ranges from 200 to 400 grafts per eyebrow.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic, so discomfort is minimal. Some tenderness or swelling may occur afterwards but usually subsides quickly.
For many clients, the permanent and natural-looking results make it a worthwhile investment — especially if other methods like makeup or temporary tattooing haven’t achieved the desired effect.

The cost of an eyebrow transplant procedure depends greatly on the level of reconstruction required, as well as on your expectations. An eyebrow transplant is a permanent procedure and will be visible for the rest of your life. While cost is an important factor, the quality of the work should be your number one priority when choosing a company to undertake your restoration. Various finance options are available to help make the treatment more affordable and therefore achievable.
If you are not a good candidate for an eyebrow transplant procedure, your Vinci specialist will provide you with an honest opinion after evaluating your case.
During the consultation, your Vinci specialist will evaluate your case. We will discuss your expectations with you and let you know what we can realistically achieve with the treatment options available to you.
In most cases no. The NHS in the UK for example will pay for a handful of surgeries per year, but will rarely support cases of a purely aesthetic nature. On the other hand, treatment costs for hair loss caused as a direct result of accidents, where private insurance liability is in place, are potentially covered by insurance companies.
The implanted hairs that go to make up the eyebrows will adjust themselves to grow more slowly with time, but at first, regular grooming will be necessary as they will have a tendency to grow faster and longer than normal eyebrows.
Absolutely. As we are using your own natural hair, it will continue growing at the same pace as the rest of your hair.
Yes. The hair follicles we transplant from the donor area are genetically programmed to grow for the rest of your life. This doesn’t change when we transplant the hairs to the bald or thinning area.

A beard transplant is a permanent procedure and will be visible for the rest of your life. While cost is important to consider, the quality of the work should be your number one priority when choosing a company for your hair restoration. At Vinci Hair Clinic, procedures start from only 3.000 Euros. Finance options may be available to make the treatment more affordable.
If you are not a good candidate for a eyebrow transplant, the consultant will provide their honest assessment of your case and recommend alternative options, which may include MSP or medical treatments.
In most cases no, NHS in the UK will pay for a handful of surgeries per year but not in normal balding or thinning cases. We have had
a few clients which have lost their hair following accidents where there was a private insurance liability and the insurance company paid for their hair transplant but unfortunately if you are experiencing thinning and balding this will not be the case for you.
