Hair transplant procedures at our Manchester clinic start from £3,500. Final cost is determined by the size of the procedure — not the graft count. We do not price graft-by-graft because the exact number is only confirmed once extraction begins. Pricing by procedure size keeps your written quote fixed and removes any incentive to over-extract.
We price by procedure size: Small (hairline refinement, temple points, scar coverage, smaller corrective work), Medium (frontal restoration and hairline rebuild for early-stage hair loss), Large (frontal and mid-scalp restoration for moderate hair loss), and Max (full restoration cases — performed across one or two surgical days where required).
You will receive a fixed quote after your consultation. There are no hidden fees — your price includes the procedure, aftercare pack, and all follow-up appointments.
Spreading the cost: We offer monthly payment plans through our financing partner. Many patients spread the cost over 12 to 36 months. Ask your consultant for details.

Your Manchester specialist will take you through the non-surgical options, including PRP, Micro Scalp Pigmentation (MSP) and Mesotherapy, and confirm in your written plan which is recommended and where it is delivered. They are priced per session, and for many patients they are the right option with or without surgery.
In most cases, no. The NHS rarely funds treatment for standard pattern hair loss, as it is not classed as a medical necessity. Where hair loss results directly from an accident and private liability insurance is in place, costs are potentially covered, and your specialist can advise.
Most patients take a few days at home after surgery before returning to desk-based work. Because your procedure is carried out here in Manchester, there is no travel to plan around, and your specialist sets out recovery timings and your follow up appointments as part of your treatment plan.
