Marina is a Senior MSP Technician at Vinci Hair Clinic in London. She joined the clinic in 2023, bringing a background in permanent makeup, tattoo education and skin camouflage, including scar camouflage and 3D areola restoration.

While these disciplines share the same technical foundation, it is Micro Scalp Pigmentation (MSP) that she finds the most rewarding. Each client presents a different challenge, making every treatment an opportunity to observe, analyse and create an individual solution.

Marina believes that great results begin with careful observation. There are principles in MSP, but there are no templates. Every scalp, face and hairline is different, which is why she approaches each treatment by understanding the individual rather than following a formula. Her focus is on results that feel balanced, natural and entirely personal.

For Marina, successful MSP is never about creating the most noticeable hairline, it is about creating one that no one questions. The greatest compliment is not hearing that the treatment looks great, but rather hearing someone say, “Why do you not grow your hair out? You have a great hairline.” The best results are the ones people do not notice because they simply belong.
