About our finance (Buyline)
We offer finance to help spread the cost of treatment. Applications are made online with a quick decision, and a range of terms may be available depending on eligibility. Finance is subject to application, your financial circumstances and borrowing history. Finance is only available to UK residents aged 18+. Terms and conditions apply.
Our regulatory status
V H C LONDON LTD (trading as Vinci Hair Clinic) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), FRN 665393 (check the FCA Register).
We act as a credit broker, not a lender. We do not charge you for credit-broking services. We may introduce you to loan products provided by Buyline Ltd (and, where applicable, other partner lenders). We may receive a commission for introductions; this does not influence the rate you pay. Credit is subject to status and affordability checks. 0% finance with a term of 11 months or less is not regulated by the FCA. (Details of our commission are available on request.)

We’ll acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks. If you’re not satisfied, or we haven’t responded within 8 weeks, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service: financial-ombudsman.org.uk • 0800 023 4567 • Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR. Complaints must usually be referred within 6 months of our final response.
