de historial m\u00e9dico por escrito, el cual deber\u00e1 completar al momento de la reserva. la cl\u00ednica sobre cualquier medicamento que haya tomado durante los \u00faltimos 30 d\u00edas.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\n\n<b>1.6:<\/b> El paciente deber\u00e1 evitar tomar Aspirina o Ibuprofeno durante los siete d\u00edas previos al procedimiento, y deber\u00e1 informar a la cl\u00ednica si lo ha hecho.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\n\n<b>1.7:<\/b> El paciente deber\u00e1 evitar el consumo de alcohol durante los siete d\u00edas previos al tratamiento, y deber\u00e1 informar a la cl\u00ednica si lo ha hecho.<br \/><br \/>\n\n\n<b>1.8:<\/b> El paciente debe evitar el uso de Minoxidil durante los siete d\u00edas previos a su tratamiento, y deber\u00e1 informar a la cl\u00ednica si lo ha usado.<br \/><br \/>\n\n\n<b>1.9:<\/b> Se tomar\u00e1n fotograf\u00edas del paciente antes y despu\u00e9s de la operaci\u00f3n. Las fotograf\u00edas podr\u00e1n ser usadas a discreci\u00f3n de la cl\u00ednica y en concordancia con sus requerimientos legales, para documentar todo el trabajo realizado. El paciente puede solicitar que se mantenga la privacidad de su identidad.<br \/><br \/>\n\n\n<b>1.10:<\/b> Vinci Hair Clinic se reserva el derecho de modificar o enmendar los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones, en cualquier momento y sin necesidad de notificaci\u00f3n previa.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>1.11:<\/b> Vinci Hair Clinic se reserva el derecho de modificar o enmendar su estructura de precios en cualquier momento y sin necesidad de notificaci\u00f3n previa.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a8434d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3a8434d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Art\u00edculo 2.0: <b>Tratamiento<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b12fc4a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b12fc4a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>2.1:<\/b> La decisi\u00f3n de someterse a un procedimiento de trasplante capilar es de la exclusiva responsabilidad del paciente, y con ello, el paciente acepta someterse a cualesquiera acciones o pr\u00e1cticas que sean razonablemente necesarias para la consecuci\u00f3n del tratamiento.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.2:<\/b>  Antes de comenzar el procedimiento, el paciente declara que comprende las limitaciones que tiene la cirug\u00eda de restauraci\u00f3n capilar, as\u00ed como las limitaciones de los resultados que pueden esperarse de la misma.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.3:<\/b>  El paciente declara comprender que mediante un procedimiento de trasplante capilar simplemente se trasplanta cabello previamente existente de una zona donante a una zona receptora. Este proceso no tiene ning\u00fan control sobre la p\u00e9rdida de pelo futura, continuada o progresiva que pueda ocurrir en el cuero cabelludo.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.4:<\/b>  El trasplante capilar es un procedimiento m\u00e9dico de redistribuci\u00f3n, mediante el cual se traslada el cabello natural del propio paciente, de una zona a otra. Con este procedimiento no se crea ning\u00fan cabello nuevo, ni se detiene el proceso de p\u00e9rdida capilar. El resultado de un trasplante capilar depender\u00e1 de la relaci\u00f3n entre la demanda (la zona que presenta calvicie) y el suministro (el tama\u00f1o y la densidad de la zona donante). Tambi\u00e9n depender\u00e1 de la capacidad que tenga el paciente para cicatrizar naturalmente.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.5:<\/b>  Al someterse a un trasplante capilar con Vinci, usted est\u00e1 pagando por nuestra experiencia y por nuestra pericia en el campo de la restauraci\u00f3n capilar, no por un resultado espec\u00edfico. Todos los ejemplos fotogr\u00e1ficos que se muestran en las consultas y\/o en el material publicitario y de mercadeo son a mero t\u00edtulo ilustrativo, y el paciente comprende a cabalidad que no le podemos ofrecer garant\u00eda alguna de resultados espec\u00edficos para ning\u00fan tipo de procedimiento m\u00e9dico.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.6:<\/b>  No se pueden implantar cabellos de forma que queden demasiado cerca el uno del otro. Es indispensable dejar un espacio m\u00ednimo, para que se pueda producir la debida cicatrizaci\u00f3n. Siempre que el cirujano lo considere adecuado para su caso en particular, el paciente tendr\u00e1 la posibilidad de hacerse otras sesiones de trasplante capilar. Esto con el fin de a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s densidad a una zona determinada, o bien para abarcar zonas m\u00e1s extensas.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.7:<\/b>  El paciente comprende que el tratamiento puede generar molestias e incomodidades. Entre otros efectos secundarios, se puede producir sangrado leve, enrojecimiento, entumecimiento e inflamaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.8:<\/b>  El paciente declara comprender que los procedimientos de restauraci\u00f3n capilar pueden generar cicatrices visibles. Tanto en el trasplante capilar FUE como en el trasplante capilar FUT, la cl\u00ednica realizar\u00e1 sus intervenciones bajo la premisa de minimizar las probabilidades de que ocurra cualquier proceso de cicatrizaci\u00f3n excesiva o indeseada.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.9:<\/b>  El paciente declara comprender que, a largo plazo, los pelos trasplantados adoptar\u00e1n el comportamiento del cabello de la zona donante. Esto significa que si el cabello de la zona donante se hace m\u00e1s fino con el paso del tiempo, los cabellos trasplantados tambi\u00e9n se har\u00e1n m\u00e1s finos.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.10:<\/b>  Para alcanzar los mejores resultados, el paciente debe cumplir con las instrucciones, tanto verbales como escritas, que le brindamos en cuanto a los cuidados post-operatorios. Dichas instrucciones pueden incluir tratamientos para detener la p\u00e9rdida capilar, retirar las suturas y para otras citas del post-operatorio.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.11:<\/b>  Vinci Hair Clinic no se har\u00e1 responsable por cualesquiera costos asociados con el seguimiento de los cuidados post-operatorios, ni por aquellos costos relacionados con los tratamientos que se tuvieran que llevar a cabo para atender las complicaciones que pudieran surgir tras el procedimiento; incluyendo, entre otros, viajes, alojamiento o costos derivados del tiempo que el cliente tenga que estar sin trabajar, ni por la p\u00e9rdida de ganancias potenciales.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.12:<\/b>  Vinci Hair Clinic puede proporcionar una gu\u00eda sobre cu\u00e1nto tiempo toma completar cada procedimiento. Debido a numerosas variables, la duraci\u00f3n del procedimiento puede acortarse o alargarse m\u00e1s de lo estimado.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.13:<\/b>  Vinci Hair Clinic se reserva el derecho de cancelar el procedimiento con el fin de salvaguardar la seguridad del paciente, en casos en que se estime que el paciente est\u00e1 bajo la influencia de las drogas o del alcohol. En ese caso, el dep\u00f3sito no reembolsable ser\u00e1 retenido como cargo por cancelaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.14:<\/b>  El dep\u00f3sito no reembolsable ser\u00e1 retenido como cargo por cancelaci\u00f3n si se considera que el paciente ha incumplido con su obligaci\u00f3n de informar por adelantado al equipo de Vinci Hair Clinic acerca de cualquier condici\u00f3n m\u00e9dica conocida u otras posibles contraindicaciones que pueda tener de cara al procedimiento antes de llevar a cabo el mismo, que posteriormente resulten en la cancelaci\u00f3n de dicho procedimiento para salvaguardar la seguridad del paciente.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-118a1c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"118a1c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Art\u00edculo 3.0: <b>Pagos<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3c7051 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a3c7051\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>3.1:<\/b> El paciente recibir\u00e1 una cotizaci\u00f3n durante una consulta personal o por an\u00e1lisis fotogr\u00e1fico. Vinci Hair Clinic completar\u00e1 el trabajo por la tarifa sugerida.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>3.2:<\/b> Se deber\u00e1 pagar por adelantado un dep\u00f3sito no reembolsable de \u00a31000 para asegurar la fecha que el paciente haya escogido para hacerse el procedimiento. El monto del dep\u00f3sito se puede pagar con tarjeta por v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica, en efectivo o por transferencia bancaria. Hasta el momento en que se realice el dep\u00f3sito, la fecha escogida por el paciente seguir\u00e1 apareciendo como disponible para que otro paciente pueda reservarla.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>3.3:<\/b> Si utiliza tarjeta o efectivo, el pago se realizar\u00e1 en la misma ma\u00f1ana del procedimiento. Las transferencias bancarias deber\u00e1n iniciarse con anticipaci\u00f3n, para garantizar que todos los fondos se hayan liquidado para la fecha en que el paciente haya escogido hacerse el procedimiento.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>3.4:<\/b> Aceptamos: Visa y MasterCard, efectivo y transferencias bancarias. Este proceso no tiene ning\u00fan control sobre la p\u00e9rdida de pelo futura, continuada o progresiva que pueda ocurrir en el cuero cabelludo.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.4:<\/b>  El trasplante capilar es un procedimiento m\u00e9dico de redistribuci\u00f3n, mediante el cual se traslada el cabello natural del propio paciente, de una zona a otra. Con este procedimiento no se crea ning\u00fan cabello nuevo, ni se detiene el proceso de p\u00e9rdida capilar. El resultado de un trasplante capilar depender\u00e1 de la relaci\u00f3n entre la demanda (la zona que presenta calvicie) y el suministro (el tama\u00f1o y la densidad de la zona donante). Tambi\u00e9n depender\u00e1 de la capacidad que tenga el paciente para cicatrizar naturalmente.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.5:<\/b>  Al someterse a un trasplante capilar con Vinci, usted est\u00e1 pagando por nuestra experiencia y por nuestra pericia en el campo de la restauraci\u00f3n capilar, no por un resultado espec\u00edfico. Todos los ejemplos fotogr\u00e1ficos que se muestran en las consultas y\/o en el material publicitario y de mercadeo son a mero t\u00edtulo ilustrativo, y el paciente comprende a cabalidad que no le podemos ofrecer garant\u00eda alguna de resultados espec\u00edficos para ning\u00fan tipo de procedimiento m\u00e9dico.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.6:<\/b>  No se pueden implantar cabellos de forma que queden demasiado cerca el uno del otro. Esto con el fin de a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s densidad a una zona determinada, o bien para abarcar zonas m\u00e1s extensas.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.7:<\/b>  El paciente comprende que el tratamiento puede generar molestias e incomodidades. Entre otros efectos secundarios, se puede producir sangrado leve, enrojecimiento, entumecimiento e inflamaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.8:<\/b>  El paciente declara comprender que los procedimientos de restauraci\u00f3n capilar pueden generar cicatrices visibles. Tanto en el trasplante capilar FUE como en el trasplante capilar FUT, la cl\u00ednica realizar\u00e1 sus intervenciones bajo la premisa de minimizar las probabilidades de que ocurra cualquier proceso de cicatrizaci\u00f3n excesiva o indeseada.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.9:<\/b>  El paciente declara comprender que, a largo plazo, los pelos trasplantados adoptar\u00e1n el comportamiento del cabello de la zona donante. Esto significa que si el cabello de la zona donante se hace m\u00e1s fino con el paso del tiempo, los cabellos trasplantados tambi\u00e9n se har\u00e1n m\u00e1s finos.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.10:<\/b>  Para alcanzar los mejores resultados, el paciente debe cumplir con las instrucciones, tanto verbales como escritas, que le brindamos en cuanto a los cuidados post-operatorios. Dichas instrucciones pueden incluir tratamientos para detener la p\u00e9rdida capilar, retirar las suturas y para otras citas del post-operatorio.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.11:<\/b>  Vinci Hair Clinic no se har\u00e1 responsable por cualesquiera costos asociados con el seguimiento de los cuidados post-operatorios, ni por aquellos costos relacionados con los tratamientos que se tuvieran que llevar a cabo para atender las complicaciones que pudieran surgir tras el procedimiento; incluyendo, entre otros, viajes, alojamiento o costos derivados del tiempo que el cliente tenga que estar sin trabajar, ni por la p\u00e9rdida de ganancias potenciales.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.12:<\/b>  Vinci Hair Clinic puede proporcionar una gu\u00eda sobre cu\u00e1nto tiempo toma completar cada procedimiento. Debido a numerosas variables, la duraci\u00f3n del procedimiento puede acortarse o alargarse m\u00e1s de lo estimado.<br \/><br \/>\n\n<b>2.13:<\/b>  Vinci Hair Clinic se reserva el derecho de cancelar el procedimiento con el fin de salvaguardar la seguridad del paciente, en casos en que se estime que el paciente est\u00e1 bajo la influencia de las drogas o del alcohol.
